Every workflow eventually sends an email — and that email shouldn’t look like it was assembled by a workflow. The 7.0 Email Template Builder gives your automations a design tool worthy of your brand: build the email visually, let the workflow send it.

Six blocks, zero HTML

Drag Heading, Text, Image, Button, Columns and Divider blocks onto the canvas, then adjust colors, fonts and spacing without touching markup. Set brand colors, font family and sizing once as global styles, then override per block wherever a template needs to stand out. Every template is mobile responsive by default — built once, right on desktop, tablet and phone.

Not starting from zero, either: ready-made layouts cover invoices, receipts, newsletters, event invitations and product catalogs.

Merge tags that speak your workflow’s language

Insert merge tags for any data the workflow will pass in — the customer’s name, the order number, the booking time. For lists of any length, wrap repeating content in a Loop Block: order items, event sessions, digest articles. And blocks can show or hide conditionally, so the “your discount” section only renders for people who have one.

Draft it with AI

New in 7.0: Generate with AI drafts the entire email from a prompt — the block layout, the subject line, the pre-header, even sample dynamic data so the preview looks real. It’s available from the builder sidebar, the template picker, and the templates listing page. Generate, then refine like any other template — or let Jaadu refine it with you, conversationally.

Preview, test, send — automatically

Preview the template rendered with real data, then Send Test Email to check it in your own inbox before it goes live. When it’s right, drop the Send Email action into any workflow — the right trigger sends the right email, designed once, personalized every time.
