The 7.0 Experience: Redesigned Admin, Guided Onboarding, AWS Bedrock & WP-CLI

Part nine of our FlowMattic 7.0 release series. Start from Meet FlowMattic 7.0.

Start with the tour — every tab of the redesigned Settings page, explained in one pass:

A platform is more than its features — it’s the room you work in. For 7.0 we rebuilt that room: a redesigned admin experience, a guided first run, a new AI provider, and proper command-line tooling for the people who manage FlowMattic at scale.

A redesigned admin, built around your work

FlowMattic 7.0 replaces the old admin pages with a unified shell: a persistent sidebar organized by what you’re doing — Automate, Connect, Data, Monitor, System — with live counts on every section, so “288 workflows, 146 connects, 33 custom apps” is ambient knowledge, not a report you run.

  • Search or jump to anything — the ⌘K search box takes you to any workflow, screen or setting in a keystroke
  • A real dashboard — your automation activity at a glance the moment you open FlowMattic
  • Settings, reorganized — the Settings page is rebuilt around sectioned navigation with unsaved-change indicators and an always-visible save bar, so you always know what changed and where
  • Status page — cron health, PHP versions and extensions, server requirements: everything support would ask for, one screen
  • Patcher — targeted fixes can now ship between releases; pending patches surface in the sidebar and apply from one screen, no waiting for the next full update

A first run that actually sets you up

New installs get a full-screen onboarding wizard wired to the real systems, not a slideshow: Welcome → Activate license → Install integrations → Connect AI → Meet Jaadu → Preferences → Finish. Ten minutes after activation, a brand-new site has its license active, its first integrations installed, an AI provider connected, and an introduction to the agent that will do the building. (Already licensed? The wizard politely stays out of your way.)

AWS Bedrock joins the AI stack

7.0 adds AWS Bedrock two ways: as a standalone integration for calling Bedrock models from any workflow, and as a provider inside the AI Agent app — with proper SigV4 request signing built in. If your organization standardizes on AWS for AI workloads, FlowMattic now speaks it natively.

For the terminal people

Agencies and hosts managing FlowMattic across many sites get first-class WP-CLI commands in 7.0 — manage workflows, inspect and clean task history, drive integration updates (wp flowmattic integrations update --all), and script the new patcher — all from the shell, all cron-able.

That’s FlowMattic 7.0

The shape of the release is clear: a managed database, native scheduling, a complete builder suite with forms, agents that browse the web, an agent that builds alongside you, an API import pipeline — and an admin experience worthy of all of it.

FlowMattic 7.0 is a free update for all license holders. Update from your dashboard, run through the new onboarding, and say hello to Jaadu. And stick around — the builder deep-dives are up next: PDF, Image and Email, in detail.
