Coaches, consultants and sales teams who take bookings through Appointlet often need the list somewhere they can sort, count and share. FlowMattic adds each new booking to a Google Sheet from your WordPress site, then updates that row when the attendee cancels, the meeting moves or a reminder goes out.

Appointlet and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Add a row to Google Sheets for every scheduled attendee
Each booking becomes a row with the attendee's name, email, meeting type and start time, giving you a running record for reporting or invoicing.
Lookup Row Data finds the attendee's row by email or booking ID, and Update Row sets the Status column to Cancelled, so the sheet does not count meetings that will not happen.
Attendee Cancelled→Lookup Row Data→Update Row
Write the new time when a meeting is rescheduled
Format the new start time the way your sheet expects, find the row and overwrite the date and time, so the schedule your assistant works from stays right.
Discovery calls, paid sessions and demos go to separate tabs through a Router, which makes it simple to count paid sessions at the end of the month.
Attendee Scheduled→Router→Add New Row
Tick off attendees who have been sent a reminder
Attendee Reminded fires after Appointlet sends the reminder. Updating a Reminded cell on the booking's row shows at a glance who has had a nudge before the call.
Attendee Reminded→Lookup Row Data→Update Cell Data
Summarise intake answers into one readable column
Booking forms often ask several questions. An AI Agent condenses the answers into a short line before the row is written, so you can prepare for the call from the sheet.
Attendee Scheduled→AI Agent→Add New Row
Set up: a row for every booking
At the end, every attendee who books through Appointlet appears as a new row in your sheet.
1
Create the sheet
Add a header row such as Name, Email, Meeting, Start time, Booking ID and Status.
2
Connect Google Sheets
In Connects, add a Google Sheets connection that can edit the spreadsheet.
3
Start from Attendee Scheduled
Create a workflow with the Appointlet Attendee Scheduled trigger, complete the setup it asks for, then book a test meeting to capture the data.
4
Add the row
Add Google Sheets Add New Row, choose the spreadsheet and tab, map the fields, test it and switch the workflow on.

Triggers and actions in this pair
A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.
Good to know
Appointlet has triggers only, so a change in the sheet cannot book, move or cancel a meeting.
Attendee triggers fire once per person and Meeting triggers once per meeting. For group sessions, use Attendee triggers if you want a row for each person.
Save a booking or attendee ID in the first workflow. The cancel, reschedule and reminder workflows find the row by that ID more reliably than by name.
Intake questions vary by meeting type, so the fields in the mapping are an example. Map what your test booking captures.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Appointlet and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Booking data passes through your server
Attendee details go from Appointlet to your WordPress site and on to your sheet, without a third automation service holding them.
A full calendar costs the same
Runs are unlimited, so a practice with hundreds of bookings a month needs no bigger plan than one with a handful.
Each booking event in one place
New, cancelled, rescheduled and reminded bookings all update the same sheet, each through a small workflow you can test separately.
Common questions
How do I set up an Appointlet Google Sheets integration?
Create a FlowMattic workflow with the Appointlet Attendee Scheduled trigger and a Google Sheets Add New Row step. Book a test meeting, map the captured fields to your columns and switch the workflow on. No code is needed.
Can the sheet show cancelled and rescheduled meetings?
Yes. Build a second workflow on Attendee Cancelled or Meeting Rescheduled that finds the row with Lookup Row Data and changes it with Update Row. Keep a Booking ID column so the lookup finds the right row.
What is the difference between Meeting Scheduled and Attendee Scheduled?
Meeting Scheduled fires when a meeting is created. Attendee Scheduled fires when a person books or joins an existing meeting, so it suits group events where several people book the same time slot.
Can I see how many bookings each meeting type gets?
Write the meeting type into its own column, or route each type to a separate tab. A COUNTIF formula or a pivot table in Google Sheets then gives you the totals.
Can I track declined or approved requests too?
If your meeting types need approval, Attendee Approved and Attendee Declined can update the Status column in the same way the cancellation workflow does.
