Good to know

Order Fulfilled fires when a fulfilment is added to an order, not every time an existing fulfilment is edited. Corrections to tracking may need checking in Convictional.
Order Canceled covers one or more line items, so an order can be partly cancelled. Record the cancelled items, not just a status.
The stock sheet example needs each variant's SKU in the sheet first. Use a Router with an Add New Row path for variants the lookup does not find.

Common questions

Can I keep current stock levels in Google Sheets?

Yes. Start from Product Inventory Changed, find the variant's row by SKU with Lookup Row Data and write the new quantity with Update Row.

Are tracking numbers included?

Order Fulfilled fires when a fulfilment is added, and fulfilments normally carry the carrier and tracking details. Check your test data and map those fields to their columns.

Can I see partial cancellations?

Yes. Order Canceled fires when one or more line items are cancelled. Loop over the cancelled items with Iterator if you want one row per line.

Can I get alerted about low stock?

Add a Filter after Product Inventory Changed that passes quantities below your reorder level, then log the variant and send an email with Email (SMTP).
