When Fathom finishes processing a call, FlowMattic writes the title, date, summary and action items to a Google Sheet. Sales managers, account teams and founders get one searchable record of every recorded meeting, kept in a spreadsheet they already share, with the workflow running on their own WordPress site.

Fathom and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Add a row for every processed Fathom meeting
Each recorded call becomes one row with its summary, so a manager can scan a week of customer calls without opening each recording.

Triggers and actions in this pair
A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.
Good to know
The trigger fires when Fathom has finished processing a meeting and its data is ready, which is some time after the call ends, not the moment it ends.
These workflows copy Fathom meetings into the sheet, so editing or deleting a row never changes the recording in Fathom. The sheet is a log, not a two-way copy.
Full transcripts are long for a spreadsheet cell. Many teams keep the summary and action items in the sheet and send the transcript to a document or WP Tables instead.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Fathom and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Call notes pass through your server
Summaries of customer conversations travel from Fathom to Google Sheets through your own WordPress site, not through a third company's automation account.
A full calendar costs nothing extra
Runs are unlimited, so a team that records forty calls a day logs every one of them on the same plan as a team that records two.
One sheet for pipeline reviews
With the deal stage and next step in columns, the weekly pipeline meeting works from the sheet instead of rewatching recordings.
Common questions
How do I send Fathom meeting summaries to Google Sheets?
Create a workflow with the Fathom New Meeting Content Ready trigger and add a Google Sheets Add New Row step. Map the title, date, summary and action items to columns, test with a recorded call and switch it on.
Why does the row appear a while after the call ends?
Fathom first has to transcribe and summarise the recording. The trigger fires only once all of that meeting's data is available, so the delay depends on how long Fathom takes to process the call.
Can I log only calls with customers?
Yes. Put a Filter after the trigger that checks the meeting title or the attendees' email domains, and only external calls continue to Add New Row.
Can each action item become a separate task row?
Yes. Use Iterator on the action items list and add a row per item. Add an Owner and a Done column to the sheet and your team can work through them there.
Can I start a Fathom recording from the sheet?
No. Fathom offers a trigger only, so the workflow always starts from Fathom. The sheet receives meeting data but cannot send anything back to Fathom.
