Typebot conversations collect answers in variables. Add a webhook block to your bot and FlowMattic writes those variables to a Google Sheet, whether it is a lead qualifier, a quiz or an onboarding chat. Teams that build bots for clients get a plain spreadsheet of results that anyone can sort and share.

1. TriggerWebhook Step Triggered

When Typebot fires Webhook Step Triggered, FlowMattic runs Add New Row in Google Sheets with the data from that event.

Typebot and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Add each finished conversation to a sheet
Put a webhook block at the end of the flow and every completed chat becomes one row with the answers you collected, ready for follow-up.
A webhook block right after the email question writes a partial row. A second block at the end finds that row by email and fills in the rest.
Webhook Step Triggered→Lookup Row Data→Update Row
Label quiz results before they are saved
A Lookup Table turns the score variable into a result such as Beginner or Advanced, so the sheet shows the outcome and not only a number.
Webhook Step Triggered→Lookup Table→Add New Row
Tag open answers by topic with an AI Agent
Free-text replies like 'what are you struggling with' get a topic label from an AI Agent step, so you can count themes across hundreds of chats.
Webhook Step Triggered→AI Agent→Add New Row
Give each bot or client its own tab
Agencies point several bots at one workflow. A Router reads a bot-name variable and writes to that client's tab, so nobody sees another client's answers.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Typebot and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Answers do not sit in a third service
Chat answers go from Typebot to your WordPress site and on to Google Sheets, with no other automation account holding a copy.
Popular bots cost nothing extra
Runs are unlimited on every plan, so a quiz that goes viral writes every result without a task cap.
One workflow, many bots
Several Typebot flows can call the same webhook, and Routers or Filters decide where each set of answers goes.
Common questions
How do I send Typebot results to Google Sheets?
Create a FlowMattic workflow with the Typebot Webhook Step Triggered trigger, paste its URL into a webhook block in your bot, then add Google Sheets Add New Row and map the variables to your columns.
Can I save answers from people who leave the chat early?
Yes. Place a webhook block early in the flow to write a first row, then another near the end. The second workflow run uses Lookup Row Data and Update Row on the same email.
Where do I put the webhook block?
After the last question whose answer you need. Any variables collected before the block can be sent; answers given after it are not included.
Can the bot show data from the sheet?
Not through this pair. Typebot only has a trigger in FlowMattic, so data flows from the bot into the sheet and not back into the conversation.
