Upnify is where your sales team works prospects, clients and opportunities. FlowMattic copies those records into Google Sheets from your WordPress site and keeps the rows current as phases change. Sales managers and owners get a pipeline sheet they can share with finance and planning, built from the events reps already create.

Upnify and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Add each new Upnify client to a sheet
Every client created in Upnify becomes a row with name, company, email, phone and owner, so the client list can be shared with the rest of the business.

Triggers and actions in this pair
A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.
Good to know
Store the Upnify ID of each client, opportunity or sale in its own column. The phase change and delete workflows use it to find the row.
Records that existed before the workflow was switched on have no row, so their first phase change finds nothing. Add a Router that adds a row when the lookup is empty.
The sheet follows Upnify. Changing a phase or amount in the sheet does not update the record in Upnify.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Upnify and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Pipeline numbers for people outside sales
Finance and owners read the same pipeline and sales figures in a sheet, without an Upnify seat.
Deletions and phase moves follow
Update and delete workflows keep the sheet's totals equal to what is in the CRM.
Every event logged, flat cost
FlowMattic runs on your own WordPress site with unlimited runs, so logging follow-ups and phase changes adds nothing to the bill.
Common questions
How do I export Upnify clients to Google Sheets automatically?
Create a FlowMattic workflow with the Upnify New client trigger, add Google Sheets Add New Row and map the client fields. Each client created after that is added as a row.
Can the sheet track opportunity phases?
Yes. Log New opportunity to an opportunities tab, then use Opportunity Phase Change with Lookup Row Data and Update Row to keep the phase column current.
Can I build a monthly sales report from Upnify?
Yes. Send New sale to a tab per month using Date/Time Formatter for the sheet name, and remove deleted sales with the Sale Deleted trigger.
Can prospects and clients go to different tabs?
Yes. Build one workflow on New prospect and another on New client, each with its own Add New Row step pointed at its tab.
