Yes. Start from Product Purchased, Product Category Purchased or Order Paid, and add Add Role to User or Change User Role. Use a Filter if only some products should grant the role.

Can a new WordPress registration get a WooCommerce coupon?

Yes. The WordPress New User trigger can run Create Coupon with a unique code and limit it to the user's email with Add Email(s) to Coupon, then send the code by email.

Can I publish posts about products automatically?
