Connect WooCommerce and HubSpot CRM

Your store knows who bought what. HubSpot CRM is where sales and service teams look. FlowMattic passes WooCommerce events from your WordPress site into HubSpot: new customers become contacts, paid orders become deals with line items, new products join the product library, and an unhappy review opens a ticket.

When WooCommerce fires New Customer Created, FlowMattic runs Create Contact in HubSpot CRM with the data from that event.

Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Save each new WooCommerce customer as a HubSpot contact

Store and CRM share one customer list, so a rep looking at HubSpot sees everyone who has an account in your shop.

Record every paid order as a deal with line items

B2B stores and wholesalers see revenue per customer in HubSpot. Each paid order creates a closed deal, and an Iterator adds a line item for every product in the order.

Add new store products to the HubSpot product library

Sales reps building quotes in HubSpot pick from the same products and prices as the shop, without someone typing them in twice.

Open a service ticket for one and two star reviews

A Filter checks the rating on each new review. Low ratings create a HubSpot ticket with the review text, so customer service can contact the buyer.

Mark big spenders on their HubSpot contact

When a customer passes the spend level you set, Get Contact finds them and Update Contact sets a VIP property that account managers can filter on.

Turn abandoned carts into deals for sales follow-up

For stores selling high-value items, an abandoned cart is a lead. It becomes a deal in an early pipeline stage, so a rep can call before the shopper forgets.

Set up: new customers as HubSpot contacts

Once this runs, each customer account created in your store is also a contact in HubSpot CRM.

  1. Connect HubSpot CRM

Open Connects and add HubSpot CRM with a user that can create contacts.

  2. Use New Customer Created

Create a workflow with the WooCommerce New Customer Created trigger and register a test customer to capture the fields.

  3. Create the contact

Add HubSpot Create Contact and map email, names, phone and billing address to HubSpot properties.

  4. Test and switch on

Run the step, find the test contact in HubSpot, then switch the workflow on.

Triggers and actions in this pair

A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.

Good to know

  • HubSpot CRM has no triggers in FlowMattic, so deal stage changes in HubSpot do not update WooCommerce orders.
  • Guest checkouts do not create a WooCommerce customer. Start from Order Paid and use the billing email if guests should reach HubSpot too.
  • Update Deal needs the HubSpot deal ID. Save it on the order with Add/Update Custom Fields in the workflow that creates the deal.
  • The mapping uses typical WooCommerce billing fields. Add custom HubSpot properties first for anything extra, such as customer type.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic

WooCommerce and HubSpot CRM connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.

Shop data leaves only as mapped

Orders are read from your own WooCommerce database, and only the fields you map are sent to HubSpot.

No extra cost per order

Runs are unlimited, so a store with thousands of orders a month syncs every one on the same plan.

Sales and service see purchases

Deals, line items and tickets put buying history in front of the people who talk to customers.

Common questions

Can WooCommerce orders create HubSpot deals?

Yes. Start from Order Paid or Order Status Set to Completed, then add HubSpot Create Deal with the order total and customer. Add Create Line Item inside an Iterator if you want each product listed on the deal.

What about customers who already exist in HubSpot?

Run Get Contact first and add a Router. One path updates the existing contact with Update Contact, the other creates a new one with Create Contact.

Can HubSpot changes update my store?

Not in this pair. HubSpot CRM has no triggers in FlowMattic, so the data moves from WooCommerce to HubSpot. Order changes are made in WooCommerce and flow from there.

Can refunds show in HubSpot?

Yes. Order Status Set to Refunded can run Update Deal to move the deal to a lost or refunded stage, as long as the deal ID was saved when the deal was created.
