Lead lists, event sign-ups and imports in Google Sheets collect typos and dead addresses. FlowMattic sends each email to Emailable's Verify Email and writes the answer back to the sheet, so you know which rows are deliverable before a campaign goes out. Built for marketers and sales teams who keep their lists in Sheets.

Do this in Emailable1 action
1. TriggerNew Spreadsheet Row
2. ActionVerify Email
When Google Sheets fires New Spreadsheet Row, FlowMattic runs Verify Email in Emailable with the data from that event.

Emailable and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Verify the email on each new row and write the result back
As rows are added, Emailable checks the address and Update Row fills a Status column with deliverable, risky or undeliverable, so the list sorts itself.
New Spreadsheet Row→Verify Email→Update Row
Move undeliverable addresses to a separate tab
A Router sends bad addresses to a Rejected tab and deletes them from the main list, so the sheet you export for campaigns only holds addresses worth sending to.
New Spreadsheet Row→Verify Email→Router→Add New Row→Delete Row
Clean an existing list in batches overnight
A Schedule reads a block of unchecked rows with Get Rows, loops over them and verifies each address, so a list bought or imported years ago is cleaned without manual exports.
When the email column is edited, the new address is verified and the status is updated, so a fixed typo does not stay marked as undeliverable.
Update Specific Column Value→Verify Email→Update Row
Log only verified sign-ups that arrive by webhook
A landing page or event tool posts sign-ups to a FlowMattic webhook. Emailable checks each email, a Filter drops undeliverable ones and only good addresses become rows.
By the end, every row added to your sheet gets an Emailable status in its own column.
1
Add result columns
Next to the email column, add headers such as Status, Reason and Checked on.
2
Connect both apps
Under Connects, add an Emailable connection with your API key and a Google Sheets connection that can edit the spreadsheet.
3
Start with New Spreadsheet Row
Create a workflow with this Google Sheets trigger, choose the spreadsheet and tab, then add a test row to capture it.
4
Verify the address
Add Emailable Verify Email and map the email column. Test it to see the fields Emailable returns.
5
Write the result
Add Google Sheets Update Row for the same row, map the state and reason to your columns, test and switch the workflow on.

Triggers and actions in this pair
A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.
Good to know
Emailable uses verification credits from your own Emailable account for each address. Verify each row once and skip rows that already have a status.
Writing the result into the same sheet changes the row. Start from New Spreadsheet Row rather than New Or Updated Spreadsheet Row so the update does not start the workflow again.
Emailable has only an action, so every workflow starts from a Google Sheets trigger, a Schedule or a Webhook.
New Spreadsheet RowTrigger when a new row is added to the spreadsheet

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Emailable and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Lists stay in your Google account
Each email goes from your sheet to Emailable and back through your own WordPress server; nothing else stores your list.
No FlowMattic fee per check
Runs are unlimited, so cleaning a list of thousands of rows costs only the Emailable credits you use.
Results right next to the address
The status lands in the same row, so you can filter, sort or export the clean list straight from Google Sheets.
Common questions
How do I verify a list of emails in Google Sheets?
For new rows, use New Spreadsheet Row, Emailable Verify Email and Update Row. For a list that already exists, run a Schedule workflow with Get Rows and Iterator so each row is verified and updated in turn.
What does Emailable return?
A state such as deliverable, undeliverable, risky or unknown, plus details like a reason and a score. Map whichever of these you want into columns.
Should I delete risky addresses?
Usually not. Risky covers addresses like catch-all domains that may still work. Keep them in a separate tab or segment and send to them with care.
Can I verify emails from a form before they reach the sheet?
Yes. Put Verify Email between the form or Webhook trigger and Add New Row, and use a Filter so undeliverable addresses never become rows.
