Good to know

WhatsApp only allows session messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message. For anyone else, use Send Template Message with an approved template.
WA.Team has no triggers here, so customer replies are not written back into the sheet. Every workflow starts from the sheet or a Schedule.
Only message people who agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp. Keep an opt-in column and add a Filter on it.
Phone numbers need the country code. Store them in one format, or clean them with Text Formatter before sending.
