Crove and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template Log each new Crove document and email the PDF link
When a document is created, its name, respondent and PDF link go into a row, and Email (SMTP) sends the link to the person who filled it in.
Document Created→Add New Row→Email (SMTP)
View the templateGenerate a PDF from a template for each new row
Add a row with a name, course and date, and Generate PDF From Template fills your certificate or letter template. Update Row writes the PDF link back next to the data.
New Spreadsheet Row→Generate PDF From Template→Update Row
Send a contract for completion from a sheet row
Create Document starts a contract with the client details from the row, and Create Email Invitation asks the client to fill in and finish it, so sales staff only update the sheet.
New Spreadsheet Row→Create Document→Create Email Invitation
Mark the row when a document is completed
When the respondent finishes, find the row by document ID and set its status to Completed with the final PDF, so the tracker shows which contracts are done.
Document Completed→Generate PDF of Document→Lookup Row Data→Update Row
Collect submitted document answers into a sheet
Get Document Details reads the responses of each submitted document, such as start date or salary, and Add New Row records them for reporting without opening each file.
Document Submitted→Get Document Details→Add New Row
Create Word copies for rows marked for editing
When the status column changes to Needs edits, Export document as docx gives a Word file the legal team can mark up, and its link goes back into the row.
Update Specific Column Value→Export document as docx→Update Row
