Plenty of store work arrives by email: trade orders, supplier stock levels, new price lists, product sheets. FlowMattic's Email Parser gives you an address to forward those emails to, and each one updates WooCommerce: an order is created, a stock level changes, a price is updated or a product is added. It suits shops that buy from suppliers who only send email.

Email Parser and WooCommerce workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Create a WooCommerce order from each emailed order
Trade customers who email their orders get them entered in WooCommerce with the same products and address, so staff stop retyping them.
Email Received→Get Product by SKU→Create New Order
Apply a supplier's new price to the matching product
When a price change email arrives, Number Formatter cleans the amount and Update Product Price writes it to the product with that SKU.
Email Received→Number Formatter→Get Product by SKU→Update Product Price
Add customer emails to their latest order as a note
Customers often email about an order instead of replying in the account area. Find their orders by email and add the message as an order note for staff.
Email Received→Get Orders by Email→Add Order Note
Mark orders completed when the courier confirms delivery
Pull the order number from the courier's delivery email and change the order status, so customers see their order as complete without anyone checking tracking.

Triggers and actions in this pair
A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.
Good to know
Email Parser has triggers only, so every workflow here starts with an email. WooCommerce triggers cannot send anything through the parser.
Supplier and customer emails rarely share one layout. Build one workflow per sender format, or use a Router on the sender, and test with a real email from each.
Stock and price updates change live products. Add a Filter on the sender so only your supplier's address can run them.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Email Parser and WooCommerce connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Supplier emails update the shop
Stock and prices change when the supplier says so, without a person copying numbers from email into WooCommerce.
Store data stays on your server
The parser, WooCommerce and FlowMattic all run on your WordPress site, so orders and prices are not passed through another service.
Unlimited runs for long price lists
A price list with hundreds of lines runs hundreds of steps at no extra cost, because FlowMattic has no per-task pricing.
Common questions
Can I create WooCommerce orders from emails?
Yes. Forward the order email to the Email Parser address, look up each product by SKU and run Create New Order with the customer and address from the email.
Can one supplier email update many products?
Yes. If the email or its CSV attachment lists several products, loop over them with Iterator and run Update Product Stock Quantity or Update Product Price for each SKU.
Do the products need SKUs?
It is the most reliable match. Without SKUs you can use Retrieve Product by Name/Slug, but names in supplier emails often differ from your product titles.
Can I check an email before it changes anything?
Yes. Add Human in the Loop before the WooCommerce step, so someone approves the parsed order or price change before it is written to the store.
