What a response carries, such as the respondent's name, depends on how the poll is set up, so check a captured response before mapping.

Common questions

How do I send Polly results to Google Sheets?

Create a workflow with the Polly Response Created trigger, answer a test poll, then add Google Sheets Add New Row and map the question, answer and respondent to columns.

Will changed votes be counted twice?

Not if you add a Response Changed workflow. It finds the earlier row by response ID and updates it instead of adding a new one.

Can I group comments by topic?

Yes. Put an AI Agent step before Add New Row and ask it to label each free-text answer with one of your themes, then count the labels in the sheet.

Can I keep each poll on its own tab?

Yes. Add a Router after the trigger with a path per poll title, each writing to that poll's tab, or keep one tab and filter by the Poll column.
