Jotform collects signups, registrations and survey answers. Brevo, the email platform formerly called Sendinblue, sends the follow-up. FlowMattic connects the two from your WordPress site, so each submission creates or updates a Brevo contact with the answers you choose, and a request form can remove someone when they ask.

Jotform and Brevo (Sendinblue) workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Create a Brevo contact from every Jotform submission
Name, email and the answers you map land on a Brevo contact in your chosen list, so the welcome email or automation in Brevo picks them up right away.
Add respondents to a Brevo list based on their interest
A dropdown on the form asks what the visitor wants to hear about. A Router sends each answer to a Create a New Contact step that adds them to the matching list.
New Form Submission→Router→Create a New Contact
Let subscribers change their preferences with a form
A short preferences form updates the contact's attributes in Brevo, such as city, language or topics, so segments stay accurate without manual edits.
New Form Submission→Update a Contact
Handle delete my data requests from a Jotform form
Privacy requests arrive through a dedicated form. A Filter checks the confirmation box, the contact is deleted in Brevo, and an email confirms it to the person.
New Form Submission→Filter→Delete a Contact→Email (SMTP)
Save event registrants with the session date for reminders
Registrants are created in Brevo with the session date as an attribute. Date/Time Formatter puts the date in the format Brevo expects, so a date-based automation can send reminders.
New Form Submission→Date/Time Formatter→Create a New Contact
Store survey scores on contacts to segment promoters
After a satisfaction survey, a Lookup Table turns the score into promoter, passive or detractor and writes it to the contact, so Brevo can ask happy customers for a review.
New Form Submission→Lookup Table→Update a Contact
Set up: Jotform respondents in Brevo
When you finish, each new Jotform submission creates a contact in a Brevo list with the fields you mapped.
1
Prepare Brevo
In Brevo, create the list for these contacts and any custom attribute you want to fill, such as SOURCE, next to the built-in FIRSTNAME and LASTNAME.
2
Connect Brevo
Add your Brevo account under Connects so FlowMattic can see your lists and attributes.
3
Start with New Form Submission
Create a workflow with the Jotform trigger, follow its steps to link your form and submit a test entry to capture the fields.
4
Map Create a New Contact
Add the Brevo step, pick the list, map email and attributes from the submission, test it and switch the workflow on.

Triggers and actions in this pair
A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.
Good to know
Jotform has a trigger but no actions here, so every workflow starts with a submission and ends in Brevo. Brevo's open, click and bounce triggers cannot write back to Jotform.
Brevo's actions create, update and delete contacts. Lists and attributes you map to must already exist in Brevo.
Field names follow your form's questions, for example First name or Email. Map from a captured test entry so the names match.
For forms that people fill in after they are already subscribers, such as a preferences form, use Update a Contact rather than Create a New Contact.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Jotform and Brevo (Sendinblue) connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
One workflow per form, as many as you like
Runs and workflows are unlimited, so a busy registration form costs no more than a quiet contact form.
Contacts pass through your server
Submissions travel from Jotform to Brevo through FlowMattic on your own WordPress site, not through an extra hosted service.
Clean data before it reaches Brevo
Router, Filter, Lookup Table and formatters tidy and sort answers first, so lists and segments in Brevo start out accurate.
Common questions
How does the Jotform Brevo integration work?
FlowMattic listens for new Jotform submissions and runs Create a New Contact, Update a Contact or Delete a Contact in Brevo with the answers you map. You build it on the FlowMattic workflow builder inside WordPress and test each step with a real submission.
Is Sendinblue the same as Brevo?
Yes. Sendinblue renamed itself Brevo. In FlowMattic the app appears as Brevo, so search for either name when you add the step.
Can I add contacts to more than one Brevo list?
Yes. A Router can send each answer on the form to its own Create a New Contact step, so the interest a visitor picks decides which Brevo list they join.
Can I send the Brevo welcome email only to people who ticked consent?
Yes. Put a Filter on the consent field before the Brevo step, so only people who agreed are created as contacts and enter your welcome automation.
Can I also keep a copy of each submission?
Yes. Jotform keeps the submission itself, and you can add a WP Tables step to save the fields you care about in a table on your own site as well.
