Connect Elementor and Brevo (Sendinblue)

If your signup, contact or preference forms are built with Elementor, FlowMattic can pass each submission to Brevo, formerly Sendinblue, as a new contact or an update to an existing one. It runs inside the same WordPress site as your forms, and tools such as Router and Filter decide which list each person joins.

When Elementor fires New Form Submission, FlowMattic runs Create a New Contact in Brevo (Sendinblue) with the data from that event.

Elementor and Brevo (Sendinblue) workflows you can build

Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Add newsletter signups from Elementor to Brevo

A footer or popup signup form built in Elementor adds each person to your Brevo list with their name, so the next campaign reaches them without a CSV import.

Update existing Brevo contacts from a preferences form

Subscribers change their interests, company or phone number on an Elementor preferences page, and the matching Brevo contact is updated so segments stay accurate.

Add contacts only when the consent box is ticked

A Filter checks the marketing consent field, so people who submit a contact form without opting in are not added to a Brevo mailing list.

Put each form's signups on its own Brevo list

One workflow can serve the webinar form, the ebook form and the newsletter form. A Router reads the form name and creates the contact on the matching Brevo list.

Split full names before creating the contact

Elementor forms often have a single name field. Text Formatter splits it into first and last name and trims spaces, so Brevo emails can greet people properly.

Remove contacts who ask for their data to be deleted

A short data-request form on your privacy page deletes the person's Brevo contact, giving you a simple, logged route for deletion requests.

Tag enquiries by topic with AI before they reach Brevo

An AI Agent reads the message on a contact form and picks a topic such as pricing, support or partnership, which is saved on the Brevo contact as an attribute for targeted follow-ups.

Set up: Elementor signups to Brevo

When you finish, every submission of your Elementor form adds the person as a contact in Brevo.

  1. Connect Brevo

Add a Brevo connection under Connects with an API key from your Brevo account.

  2. Start from New Form Submission

Create a workflow with the Elementor New Form Submission trigger, then submit your form once so FlowMattic captures its fields.

  3. Add Create a New Contact

Add a Brevo step with Create a New Contact, map the email and name fields and choose the list the contact should join.

  4. Test and switch on

Test the step, check the contact in Brevo, then switch the workflow on.

Triggers and actions in this pair

A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.

Good to know

  • The New Form Submission trigger reads Elementor Pro forms, so you need Elementor Pro's Form widget on the page.
  • Elementor has no actions, so Brevo events such as Message Opened or Contact Updated cannot change anything in Elementor. Use them with other apps instead.
  • Field names come from your Elementor form, so the mapping above is an example. Brevo attribute names depend on your account.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic

Elementor and Brevo (Sendinblue) connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.

Forms and list on one site

Your Elementor form and FlowMattic both run in WordPress, so contact details go straight from your server to Brevo.

Every signup, no task limit

Runs are unlimited on every plan, so a busy launch or a viral popup adds contacts at no extra automation cost.

Rules before the list

Router, Filter and Text Formatter sort, check and clean each submission first, so Brevo lists only hold people who asked to be there.

Common questions

How does the Sendinblue Elementor integration work?

FlowMattic catches each Elementor Pro form submission on your WordPress site and creates, updates or deletes a contact in Brevo, which was called Sendinblue, with the fields you map.

Can I check the email address before adding the contact?

Yes. Add an email verification app between the two steps, then a Filter that continues only for valid addresses. The workflow library has several ready-made versions of this.

What if the person is already a Brevo contact?

Use Update a Contact for forms where people already exist, such as a preferences page. For signup forms, Create a New Contact with your list choice is the usual step.

Can different Elementor forms add to different lists?

Yes. Use one workflow per form, or a single workflow with a Router on the form name and a Create a New Contact step for each list.

Do I need Elementor Pro?

Yes. The trigger works with forms built with the Elementor Pro Form widget, which is where form submissions come from.
