Integrations Elementor Elementor and Google Sheets Connect Elementor and Google Sheets Elementor Pro forms collect the enquiries, bookings and sign-ups. Google Sheets is where many teams want to see them. FlowMattic writes each entry to the sheet and tab you choose, skips the ones you do not need and updates rows for people who submit again.

1. Trigger New Form Submission
2. Action Add New Row When Elementor fires New Form Submission, FlowMattic runs Add New Row in Google Sheets with the data from that event.
Elementor and Google Sheets workflows you can build Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template Add each Elementor form entry as a sheet row Every submission is written as one row with each field in its column, so the team works from a shared sheet instead of the form submissions screen in WordPress.
New Form Submission → Add New Row
View the template
Ready-made template Save only entries that mention a keyword A Filter checks a field for a word such as wholesale or quote, so only the entries a particular team cares about reach their sheet.
New Form Submission → Filter → Add New Row
View the template Give each page's form its own tab A Router reads the form name, so the contact form, the brochure request and the event booking each fill a separate tab in one spreadsheet.
New Form Submission → Router → Add New Row
Update the row when the same person submits again Lookup Row Data searches the email column. Returning visitors get their existing row updated with the new answers, and only new people add a row.
New Form Submission → Lookup Row Data → Router → Update Row
Move bookings to a waitlist once the event is full Get Row Count checks how many places are taken. A Router writes the entry to the attendee tab while there is room and to a waitlist tab after that.
New Form Submission → Get Row Count → Router → Add New Row
Write budgets as proper numbers for totals Number Formatter strips currency signs and commas typed into a budget field, so the sheet can sum and sort quote requests by value.
New Form Submission → Number Formatter → Add New Row
More ready-made templates with both apps Set up: each entry as a row After these steps, each submission of your Elementor form adds one row to your spreadsheet.
1 Prepare the sheet Add a header row with one column per form field, plus a column for the date.
2 Connect Google Sheets In FlowMattic, open Connects and add a Google Sheets connection with an account that can edit the file.
3 Hook up the form Create a workflow with Elementor and New Form Submission, follow the steps shown to link your form, then submit it once.
4 Map and test Add a Google Sheets step with Add New Row, map each field to its column, test the step and switch the workflow on.

Good to know The trigger is for Elementor Pro forms. Elementor has no actions here, so these workflows always start with a form entry. Field names come from the field IDs in your Elementor form, so the mapping above is only an example. Rename IDs before mapping, not after. Google Sheets triggers such as New Or Updated Spreadsheet Row can start a separate workflow when your team edits a row. Triggers (1) New Form Submission Triggers when new form submission is received Triggers (6) New Spreadsheet Row Trigger when a new row is added to the spreadsheet New Or Updated Spreadsheet Row Trigger when a row is updated in the spreadsheet Deleted Spreadsheet Row Trigger when a row is deleted from the spreadsheet Update Cell Data Trigger when any cell is updated in the spreadsheet Update Specific Cell Data Trigger when a specific cell is updated in the spreadsheet Update Specific Column Value Trigger when a specific column value is updated in the spreadsheet Actions (19) Add New Row Add a new row with mapped data Update Row Update existing row in specific spreadsheet with mapped data Delete Row Delete row by ID in specific spreadsheet Clear Row Data Clear data or row by ID in specific spreadsheet Lookup Row Data Search for data in specific spreadsheet Get Cell Data Get data for particular cell in specific spreadsheet
Show all 19 actions Why run this pair with FlowMattic Elementor and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Entries go straight to your sheet Form data travels from your WordPress site to Google Sheets on your own server, with no outside automation account in the middle.
No cap on submissions Runs are unlimited, so a landing page that collects thousands of entries a month costs the same as a contact form.
More than copy and paste Lookups, row counts and formatters let the workflow decide where an entry goes and how it is written, not just append it.
Common questions Do I need Elementor Pro to send forms to Google Sheets? Yes. The New Form Submission trigger works with the Elementor Pro form widget. Free Elementor has no form widget for FlowMattic to listen to.
Can several Elementor forms share one spreadsheet? Yes. Either build a workflow per form pointed at different tabs, or one workflow with a Router that checks the form name and writes to the right tab.
How do I avoid duplicate rows? Add Lookup Row Data before writing. If the email is already in the sheet, a Router sends the entry to Update Row instead of Add New Row.
What happens if I add a field to the form later? Add the column to the sheet, submit the form once so the new field is captured, and map it in the Add New Row step. Existing rows stay as they are.
Can I keep spam out of the sheet? Yes. A Filter can stop entries where a field is empty or contains words you set, so only real submissions are written.
