Turn Fluent Forms submissions on your WordPress site into Brevo contacts, with the right attributes and only when people agreed to hear from you. Newsletter forms, preference pages and paid registrations can each create, update or remove a contact, and the form can answer back with a message that reflects what happened.

When Fluent Forms fires New Form Submission, FlowMattic runs Create a New Contact in Brevo (Sendinblue) with the data from that event.
You build this in the FlowMattic workflow builder on your own site. See the setup steps
Fluent Forms and Brevo (Sendinblue) workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Add new signups to Brevo and send a welcome email
Each newsletter or lead form submission becomes a Brevo contact, and an Email step sends a short welcome from your site so the subscriber knows the signup worked.
New Form Submission→Create a New Contact→Email (SMTP)
Create the contact only when the consent box is ticked
A Filter checks the marketing consent field first, so people who only asked a question through the form never end up on your mailing lists.
New Form Submission→Filter→Create a New Contact
Put paying registrants in a buyers list
Payment forms for workshops or deposits add the payer to Brevo with a buyer attribute, so customer emails go to people who actually paid.
New Payment Submission (Pro)→Create a New Contact
Let subscribers change their preferences with a form
A preferences form on your site updates the contact's attributes in Brevo, such as topics or how often they want to hear from you.
New Form Submission→Update a Contact→Set Custom Response
Handle data removal requests from a privacy form
When someone asks to be forgotten, the workflow deletes their Brevo contact and the form shows a confirmation, so the request is done without a support ticket.
New Form Submission→Delete a Contact→Set Custom Response
Send each interest to its own list and thank-you page
A Router reads the interest the visitor picked, creates the contact in the matching list and redirects them to the page for that topic.
New Form Submission→Router→Create a New Contact→Redirect to Custom URL

Triggers and actions in this pair
A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.
Good to know
Set Custom Response and Redirect to Custom URL change what the visitor sees after submitting, so they only make sense in a workflow started by that same form.
New Payment Submission (Pro) needs Fluent Forms Pro with a payment field on the form.
Brevo triggers such as Message Hard Bounced or Contact Unsubscribed can start their own workflows, but they cannot change a form. Use them to clean other lists or notify your team.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Fluent Forms and Brevo (Sendinblue) connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Subscriber data stays with you
Form answers go from your WordPress site straight to Brevo, with no other automation service holding a copy of your subscribers.
The form reacts to the result
Because Fluent Forms can show a custom response or redirect, the visitor sees a message that matches what the workflow did in Brevo.
Big launches cost the same
Runs are unlimited on every plan, so a giveaway that brings in thousands of signups needs no extra tasks or credits on the FlowMattic side.
Common questions
How do I add Fluent Forms submissions to a Brevo list?
Start a workflow with the Fluent Forms New Form Submission trigger, add Brevo Create a New Contact, map the email and name fields and choose the list. Test it with one real submission, then switch it on.
What happens when an existing contact submits again?
Use Update a Contact for forms that existing subscribers fill in, such as a preferences page. For signup forms, a Router can send known addresses to Update a Contact and new ones to Create a New Contact.
Can I add custom attributes like company or city?
Yes. Any field in your form can be mapped to a Brevo contact attribute, as long as that attribute already exists in your Brevo account.
Can a Brevo unsubscribe update anything on my site?
Contact Unsubscribed can start a workflow that updates other tools, but Fluent Forms has no action that edits stored entries, so it cannot change a past submission.
Do I need Fluent Forms Pro?
Not for New Form Submission and the Brevo contact actions. The New Payment Submission (Pro) trigger is the one that needs Fluent Forms Pro.
