Connect Jotform and FluentCRM

Jotform runs your hosted forms: lead magnets, registrations, B2B inquiries and surveys. FluentCRM is the CRM and email tool inside your WordPress site. FlowMattic turns each Jotform submission into a FluentCRM contact with the right tags and lists, saves answers as notes or events, and can start a sequence, so a form answer leads straight to the right follow-up.

Jotform and FluentCRM workflows you can build

Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Set up: fast-track urgent leads

At the end, every Jotform lead is saved in FluentCRM, and those buying this month get a Hot tag and a note for sales.

  1. Connect Jotform

Under Connects, add your Jotform account. FluentCRM runs on this site and needs no connection.

  2. Trigger on New Form Submission

Create a workflow with Jotform and New Form Submission, pick the lead form and send a test submission.

  3. Add the Branch

Add a Branch with one path for the answer This month and another for everything else.

  4. Save the contact on each path

On each path add Create or Update Contact with its own tags, and on the urgent path add Add Note to Contact with the timeline and budget.

  5. Test and switch on

Test both paths with sample answers, check the contacts in FluentCRM and switch the workflow on.

Triggers and actions in this pair

A trigger starts a workflow. An action is something FlowMattic does in the app as a step.

Good to know

  • Every workflow here starts from a Jotform submission, so data moves from Jotform into FluentCRM. FluentCRM triggers cannot change a Jotform form or submission.
  • Answer names come from your own form questions, so the mapping is an example. Full name answers may arrive as separate first and last parts.
  • Use Create or Update Contact rather than Create Contact for public forms, since the same person often fills in more than one.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic

Jotform and FluentCRM connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.

Answers decide the follow-up

Branch and Router read the answers, so buyers, browsers and partners each get their own tags, notes and sequences.

Contacts stay in your WordPress

Leads go from Jotform into the FluentCRM database on your own site, not into another hosted CRM.

No per-submission charges

FlowMattic runs on your server with unlimited runs, so a busy registration week costs the same as a quiet one.

Common questions

How do I send Jotform submissions to FluentCRM?

Create a workflow with the Jotform New Form Submission trigger and add FluentCRM Create or Update Contact. Map the email and name answers, choose lists and tags, and switch it on.

Can different answers add different tags?

Yes. Put a Branch or Router after the trigger on the answer you care about, then run Add Tags to Contact with a different tag on each path.

Can a Jotform submission start a FluentCRM email sequence?

Yes. After the contact is saved, add Add Subscriber to Sequence and pick the sequence. It starts for that contact at once.

Will submissions from before the workflow be added?

No. The trigger runs for submissions received after the workflow is switched on. Export older Jotform submissions and import them with FluentCRM's own contact import if you need them.
