Pulsetic watches your websites and endpoints. FlowMattic posts each monitor event to Slack the way your team responds to it: downtime straight to whoever is on call, recoveries to the channel, a dedicated incident channel for longer outages and the current state in the channel topic. For developers, agencies and site owners who monitor uptime with Pulsetic.

Pulsetic and Slack workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Send a Slack alert for every Pulsetic monitor event
Each event posts the monitor name, URL and status to the alerts channel, so the team knows a site went down or came back without checking the Pulsetic dashboard.
A Branch checks the status. Down events reach the on-call developer by direct message, while recoveries post quietly to the channel.
New Monitor Event→Branch→Send Direct Message
Open an incident channel for each outage
On a down event, Create Channel names a channel after the monitor and date and Invite User To Channel adds the people who fix it, so the incident has one place to talk.
New Monitor Event→Filter→Create Channel→Invite User To Channel
Show each site's current state in the channel topic
Set Channel Topic writes the latest monitor and status, so anyone opening the alerts channel sees at once whether something is down right now.
New Monitor Event→Set Channel Topic
Send each client's monitors to their own channel
Agencies add a Router on the monitor name, so each client's site reports to that client's channel and account managers see only their sites.
New Monitor Event→Router→Send Channel Message
Set your Slack status while a site is down
For solo developers, Set Status shows you are handling an outage, so clients and colleagues in your workspace know why you are slow to reply.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Pulsetic and Slack connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Outages wake the right person
Down events reach the person on call directly, while recoveries and minor events stay in the channel.
Monitor every client site
Runs are unlimited on every FlowMattic plan, so an agency watching dozens of sites pays nothing per alert.
Runs on your own server
Alerts are handled on your WordPress site rather than another company's automation account. Host it apart from the sites it watches, so an outage does not take the alerts down too.
Common questions
How do I send Pulsetic alerts to Slack?
Create a FlowMattic workflow with the Pulsetic New Monitor Event trigger, complete its connection, then add Slack Send Channel Message with the monitor, URL and status mapped into the text.
Can only downtime reach the on-call person?
Yes. Add a Branch on the status after the trigger. The down path uses Send Direct Message, the up path posts to the channel.
Can each outage get its own channel?
Yes. Filter for down events, then use Create Channel with the monitor name and date, and Invite User To Channel to add the responders.
What if my WordPress site is the one that is down?
Then that site cannot run the workflow. Run FlowMattic on a WordPress site hosted separately from the sites you monitor.
Can I keep an incident log?
Yes. Add a Google Sheets or WP Tables step to the same workflow, so each event is posted to Slack and kept with its time for reports.
