WooCommerce and ClickUp workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template Open a fulfilment task for every new order
Each order lands in the packing list with its number, items and shipping address, so the warehouse works from ClickUp instead of refreshing the WooCommerce orders screen.

View the templateComplete the order when its ClickUp task moves to shipped
Packers already update the task. A Filter checks for your shipped status and the workflow changes the WooCommerce order to completed, so the customer's status email goes out without anyone opening wp-admin.

Give purchasing a restock task when stock runs low
When a product hits its low stock threshold, a task with the product name and SKU goes to the buyer's list and gets a restock tag, so reorders are planned before the shelf is empty.
Product Low Stock→Create Task→Add Tag to Task
Turn each refund into a task with a checklist
Refunds involve several people. The task carries a checklist for restocking the item, telling accounts and noting the reason, and nothing is marked done until every box is ticked.

Copy ClickUp comments to the order as notes
When the team discusses a delayed parcel on the task, the comment is added to the WooCommerce order as a note, so whoever answers the customer sees the same story.

Send one and two star reviews to customer care
A Filter lets only low ratings through, and each becomes a task for the care team with the review text and product, so unhappy buyers hear back from a person.
Product Reviewed→Filter→Create Task
Put large orders on a separate list for a second check
A Router reads the order total. Orders above your limit open a task in a review list with a subtask for the payment check, while ordinary orders go straight to packing.
