WPForms and Google Drive workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template Upload WPForms attachments to a Google Drive folder
Files from the upload field go straight into the Drive folder you pick, so staff open them from Drive instead of downloading them from WordPress entries.

Ready-made template Ask HR to approve a CV before it is saved
Human in the Loop pauses the workflow and asks HR to approve the application. Approved CVs go to the candidates folder in Drive, rejected ones go nowhere.

An onboarding form creates a folder named after the client, then uploads their logo and documents into it, so every client starts with a tidy home in Drive.
New Form Submission→Create a Folder→Upload a File
Share the new project folder with the client
After the folder is created, Share Folder invites the email address from the form, so the client can add more files there instead of sending attachments.

Save every file from a multiple upload field
Upload fields that accept several files return a list. Iterator loops over it and uploads each photo or document to Drive as its own file.
New Form Submission→Iterator→Upload a File
Route uploads to department folders
A Router reads the department dropdown, so invoices go to the finance folder and design briefs to the creative folder, each team seeing only its own files.
New Form Submission→Router→Upload a File
Keep a text copy of each brief next to the files
Create File From Text writes the form answers into a text file in the client's folder, so the brief and the attachments are always found together.
