Event organisers often run the door list, the refund log and the planning calendar in Google Sheets. FlowMattic fills them from Eventbrite: one row per ticket holder when an order is placed, check-ins marked as people arrive, refunds flagged. A planning sheet can also create venues, events and discount codes in Eventbrite.

1. TriggerAttendee Updated

Eventbrite and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.

Log attendee changes in a Google Sheet
When an attendee's details change, such as a name transfer or a new answer, the row is written to the sheet, so the guest list in your sheet stays accurate.
An order for four tickets gives four rows. The workflow gets the order's attendees and loops over them, so badges and dietary needs are per person.
Order Placed→Get Attendee by Order Id→Iterator→Add New Row
Tick off attendees as they are checked in
Check-ins at the door find the attendee's row and fill a Checked in column with the time, so organisers can see who has not arrived yet.
Attendee Checked In→Lookup Row Data→Update Row
Flag refunded orders in the attendee sheet
When an order is refunded, its rows are marked as refunded rather than deleted, so finance keeps the history and the door list stays correct.
Order Refunded→Lookup Row Data→Update Cell Data
Create Eventbrite events from a planning sheet
A tour or workshop series is planned in rows with date, city and venue. Each row creates the venue and the event in Eventbrite, ready to review and publish.
New Spreadsheet Row→Create a Venue→Create an Event
Issue partner discount codes from a sheet
Partnership managers add a partner, code and amount to a row, and the discount is created in Eventbrite without sharing the organiser login.

Set up: log attendee changes
Once set up, each attendee change in your Eventbrite events writes a row to your attendee sheet.

Connect Eventbrite
Under Connects in FlowMattic, add an Eventbrite connection with the organiser account that owns your events.
2
Prepare the sheet
Add a Google Sheets connection and a sheet with columns such as Attendee ID, Name, Email, Ticket type, Event and Status.
3
Start with Attendee Updated

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Eventbrite and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Guest data stays on your side
Attendee names and emails go from Eventbrite to Google Sheets through your own WordPress server, without another automation service in the middle.
Sold-out events cost the same
Runs are unlimited, so an event with two thousand tickets and a busy check-in desk needs no bigger plan than a small meetup.
Plan in the sheet, publish in Eventbrite
Because Eventbrite has actions here, the same spreadsheet can create events, venues and discount codes instead of only receiving data.
Common questions
How do I send Eventbrite attendees to Google Sheets?
For new orders, start with Order Placed, use Get Attendee by Order Id, loop over the attendees with Iterator and add a row for each. For changes later, use Attendee Updated with Lookup Row Data and Update Row.
Can I get the attendees of an event that already sold tickets?
Run a workflow once with List Orders by Event ID, then get the attendees of each order and add them as rows. After that, the Order Placed workflow keeps the sheet current.
Will check-ins from the Eventbrite app show in the sheet?
Yes. Attendee Checked In fires when someone is checked in, and Attendee Checked Out when they are checked out, so both times can be written to the row.
Can I keep one tab per event?
Yes. Use a Router on the event ID, or pass the event name as the sheet name. Create New Sheet can make the tab when a new event is published.
