Event teams sell tickets on Eventbrite and coordinate in Slack. FlowMattic connects the two so registrations, refunds, check-ins and event changes reach the right channel or person, and each published event can get its own Slack channel. The workflows run from your own WordPress site and react to Eventbrite's triggers.

Eventbrite and Slack workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Post every new Eventbrite registration to Slack
Each order placed posts the buyer, event and ticket count to a channel, so organisers can watch sign-ups come in without refreshing the Eventbrite dashboard.
Let finance know about refunds in a private channel
A refunded order is posted to a private finance channel with the order and event, so refunds are reconciled without searching email receipts.
Order Refunded→Send Private Channel Message
Message the host when a VIP checks in
A Filter passes check-ins for VIP or speaker tickets only, and the host gets a direct message with the guest's name, so they can greet them at the door.
Attendee Checked In→Filter→Send Direct Message
Create a Slack channel for each published event
Publishing an event creates a channel named after it and sets the topic to the date and venue, giving staff and volunteers one place to plan that event.
An updated event posts its new date, time and venue to the staff channel, so nobody prints badges or books catering against old details.
Event Updated→Get Event→Send Channel Message
Add internal attendees to the event channel
For company events, the attendee is fetched from the order, found in Slack by email and invited to the event channel, so they get updates where they work.
Order Placed→Get Attendee by Order Id→Find User by Email→Invite User To Channel

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Eventbrite and Slack connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Ticket news where staff talk
Registrations, refunds and check-ins reach Slack, so organisers do not need the Eventbrite app open all day.
Sell-outs cost the same
Runs are unlimited, so an event that sells thousands of tickets needs no bigger FlowMattic plan.
From your own server
Attendee details go from Eventbrite to Slack through your WordPress site, not through another automation account.
Common questions
What does the Eventbrite Slack integration do?
It posts Eventbrite activity, such as new orders, refunds, check-ins and event changes, to Slack channels or direct messages. It can also create a channel for each event. You set it up on the FlowMattic builder in WordPress.
Can I send each event's registrations to its own channel?
Yes. Use a Router on the event name or ID after Order Placed, or a Lookup Table that maps each event to a channel.
Can Slack create an Eventbrite event?
Not from Slack, which has no triggers here. You can create events from another trigger, such as a form or a Notion item, with Create an Event.
Can I post a reminder before the event starts?
Yes. After Event Published, add a Delay and then Send Channel Message, or use Slack's Add Reminder for the people running the event.
