Google Sheets and Telegram workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template Post each new row of a content queue to a Telegram channel
Write announcements in a sheet, one row each. Every new row is posted to your Telegram channel, so the sheet doubles as the plan and the publishing tool.
New Spreadsheet Row→Send a Text Message
View the templateLog expenses the team sends to a Telegram bot
Staff message the bot with an amount and a note. Text Formatter splits the message, and each expense is added as a row with the sender and date.
Set Webhook / Watch Updates→Text Formatter→Add New Row
Answer stock or order questions from the sheet
A customer or staff member sends a product code or order number to the bot. The workflow looks it up in the sheet and replies in the same chat with the row's details.
Set Webhook / Watch Updates→Lookup Row Data→Send a Text Message
Message the customer when their order row says Ready
When someone sets the status column to Ready, the customer whose Telegram chat ID is in that row gets a pickup message. Nobody has to copy numbers into a phone.
Update Specific Column Value→Filter→Send a Text Message
Create a group invite link for each new paid member
A new member row creates a personal invite link for your private group and writes it back into the row, ready to send in the welcome email.
New Spreadsheet Row→Create Invite Link→Update Row
Remove members from the group when their row says Expired
Paid communities track renewals in a sheet. Marking a membership Expired bans that user from the group, and marking it Active again later can unban them in a second workflow.
Update Specific Column Value→Router→Ban User
Send a morning count of yesterday's sign-ups
Every morning the workflow counts the rows in your sign-up sheet and sends the number to the owners' chat, which is enough for many small teams to see how things are going.
