Support agents work in Fluent Support, developers work in ClickUp, and bugs get lost in between. FlowMattic connects the two from your WordPress site: tickets that need engineering become tasks in the right list, and when the task moves to done or a developer leaves a note, the customer hears back on their ticket.

Fluent Support and ClickUp workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Turn each new support ticket into a ClickUp task
The ticket title, customer and first message become a task in the support list, with the ticket number in the name so anyone can trace it back.
Send tickets to the product team's list and tag the ticket
A Router reads the ticket's product, creates the task in that product's ClickUp list and adds an in-development tag to the ticket, so agents can see it has been handed over.
Ticket Created→Router→Create Task→Add Tag to Ticket (Pro)

Let an AI agent answer replies or escalate to a developer
When a customer replies, an AI Agent step answers questions it can handle from your docs and opens a ClickUp task for anything that needs an engineer.
Customer Replies to a Ticket→AI Agent→Router→Reply to Ticket→Create Task
When the task's status changes to complete, a Text Formatter pulls the ticket number from the task name and a reply on that ticket lets the customer know.
Task Status Updated→Filter→Text Formatter→Reply to Ticket
Pass developer questions back to the ticket
Developers start a task comment with a set word such as customer when they need more detail, and that comment is posted on the ticket so the customer can answer.
Task Comment Posted→Filter→Get Specific Ticket→Reply to Ticket
Set up: each ticket as a task
By the end, every new Fluent Support ticket creates a task in the ClickUp list you choose.
1
Connect ClickUp
Add your ClickUp account under Connects in FlowMattic. Fluent Support runs on the same WordPress site and needs no connection.
2
Trigger on new tickets
Start with Fluent Support Ticket Created and open a test ticket so the fields are captured.
3
Create the task
Add ClickUp Create Task, choose the list, and put the ticket number at the start of the task name, followed by the title.
4
Add the details
Map the customer's message and email into the task description, test the step and switch the workflow on.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Fluent Support and ClickUp connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Both sides stay informed
Agents see a tag when a ticket goes to development, and customers get a reply when the task is done, without anyone copying updates.
Helpdesk on your own site
Fluent Support and FlowMattic both run in WordPress, so ticket content passes to ClickUp from your own server.
No extra cost for busy queues
Runs are unlimited, so a release week with many bug tickets costs the same as a quiet one.
Common questions
Can I send only some tickets to ClickUp?
Yes. Add a Filter after Ticket Created that checks the product, priority or a word in the title, so only tickets that need development become tasks.
Can ClickUp updates reach the customer?
Yes. ClickUp triggers such as Task Status Updated or Task Comment Posted can run Fluent Support Reply to Ticket, as long as the task holds the ticket number.
Can the task priority follow the ticket's priority?
Yes. Map the ticket's priority into Create Task. If your Fluent Support priority names differ from ClickUp's, a Lookup Table can translate one into the other first.
What happens if a ticket is deleted?
Ticket Deleted can start a workflow too. Use Delete Task with the task ID if you stored it, or post a comment on the task so the developer knows.
