Get your Fluent Support data into Google Sheets for the reports the helpdesk does not give you. New tickets, customer replies and closures can each write a row, a weekly run can snapshot the backlog, and rows added by phone or field staff can open tickets. FlowMattic runs on the same WordPress site as your helpdesk.

Fluent Support and Google Sheets workflows you can build
Each one uses only triggers and actions the two integrations ship today, plus FlowMattic's own tools. Where the library has a ready-made template, import it instead of building from scratch.
Ready-made template
Log each new ticket and acknowledge the customer
Every ticket is written to a sheet with subject, customer and product, and the customer gets an email saying it arrived, which covers the basics for a small support team.
Record every customer reply for workload reporting
Each reply from a customer adds a row with the ticket and time, so you can see which tickets bounce back and forth and which weeks bring the most replies.
Every Monday the workflow fetches the tickets, loops over them and adds a row for each, so you have a dated backlog history that the helpdesk does not keep.
When an agent closes a ticket, its row is found by ticket ID and the close time and agent are filled in, which gives you resolution times without exports.
Agent Closes a Ticket→Lookup Row Data→Update Row
List tickets still open after your SLA window
After a ticket is created, a Delay waits for your response window, the ticket is fetched again, and a Filter adds it to an SLA misses sheet only if it is still open.
Ticket Created→Delay→Get Specific Ticket→Filter→Add New Row
Open tickets from rows added by phone staff
Reception or field staff note warranty claims and calls in a sheet. Each new row opens a Fluent Support ticket for that customer, so every request ends up in the same queue.

Why run this pair with FlowMattic
Fluent Support and Google Sheets connect through FlowMattic on your own site, with no separate automation account in the middle and no charge per run.
Reports your helpdesk does not have
Backlog history, reply counts and resolution times live in a sheet where you can chart and filter them however you like.
Ticket data stays on your server
Fluent Support and FlowMattic share your WordPress site, so ticket details go only to the Google Sheet you chose.
Log everything at no extra cost
Runs are unlimited, so writing a row for every ticket and every reply does not push you onto a larger plan.
Common questions
Can I export Fluent Support tickets to Google Sheets automatically?
Yes. Start a workflow from Ticket Created to log each new ticket, or run a Schedule with Get All Tickets and an Iterator to write all tickets as rows on a set day.
Can I track how long tickets take to close?
Yes. Log the created date when the ticket opens, then use Agent Closes a Ticket with Lookup Row Data and Update Row to fill in the close date. A sheet formula gives the time between them.
Can a row in a sheet open a ticket?
Yes. Start from New Spreadsheet Row and add Create a New Ticket Using Customer, mapping the customer's email, name, subject and details from the columns.
Do agent replies get logged too?
They can. Agent Replies to a Ticket is a separate trigger, so build a workflow for it and write to the same sheet with a column for who replied.
